I-HOPE Communities

2 years, 30 counties

Almost every community throughout Indiana will be touched by the work of the hundreds of I-HOPE partner organizations working on issues that affect people's ability to get and stay healthy. 

But for 30 Indiana counties, I-HOPE offers the opportunity to take a deep dive into the underlying issues affecting area health with the aim of advancing a health challenge that is near and dear to community stakeholders. With support from Purdue University, these counties can work on solutions that connect their people to programs, healthcare providers, services, and resources needed during the remainder of the pandemic and beyond. Learn how counties were selected.
