Together We Will Mini-Grants

Together We Will is an opportunity from I-HOPE for you to secure funding for a year-long community project that impacts a public health priority within your Indiana community. 

Visit the Together We Will website to learn more and apply. There you will find step-by-step instructions on how to create your grant application. You'll also receive one-on-one, virtual technical assistance on grant design, strategy, objective, and activity development as well as community project implementation.

 

Funding Window: Dec. 2021 through June 2023; applications accepted until funding is exhausted 
Funding Thresholds: $5 million dollars total with project awards between $1,000 to $75,000
Eligible Public Health Priority Areas: Infant & maternal mortality, environmental justice, substance use disorder, mental health, COVID-19 hesitancy, access, violence, and structural & systemic barriers
Project Duration: Each project must be completed within 12 months
