Partners
Below is a list of statewide partners funded through the I-HOPE initiative. This list is not complete. To move toward greater health equity, the state continues to work with organizations, agencies, and communities to ensure resources are available to maintain and manage physical and mental health, including easy access to information, affordable testing, and medical and mental health care. You can search an online map to locate organizations in your area working on I-HOPE objectives.
To contact an I-HOPE partner, access the directory.
Additional state- and community-level partners will join I-HOPE through the Together We Will mini-grant program, which will be rolled out this winter. Also, many non-funded, community-level partners who participate in Purdue's I-HOPE community engagement activities will be referenced on their respective county pages.
